Brow Mastery: The Complete Certification

Every Technique. Every Skin Type. One Course. One Investment.

Most brow courses charge you once for microblading. Then again for powder brows. Then again for ombré. Then again for men's brows. By the time you're actually ready to work on real clients — you've spent thousands more than you planned, and you still don't know how to handle corrections.

We don't believe in that model. We never have.

Brow Mastery: The Complete Certification is the most comprehensive online brow training available — covering every major technique, every skin type, and every client scenario in a single, fully-loaded course at a single price. You learn everything. You pay once. You graduate ready. This is brow artistry the way it was meant to be taught — completely.

What's Included — Every Technique, All in One Place

There are dozens of brow courses available online. Most of them teach you one thing and send you out the door. This course teaches you everything — because in the real world, clients come in every shape, skin type, and goal imaginable. A truly skilled brow artist needs the full toolkit.

Microblading The technique that launched a global brow revolution. Microblading uses a hand tool to deposit pigment in ultra-fine, hair-like strokes that mimic the natural brow — creating a realistic, defined look that's still the gold standard for clients who want natural results. You'll master stroke direction, pressure control, blade selection, and how to create flawless hair strokes on any skin type.

Microshading The softer, stipple-based companion to microblading that adds depth and dimension to sparse brows — ideal for oily skin types where microblading alone fades faster. Shading gives brows that filled-in, powdered appearance that clients obsess over.

Powder Brows The most in-demand brow technique in the industry right now — 65% of PMU students now prefer powder brows over traditional microblading due to lower skin trauma and longer-lasting results. You'll learn the machine technique, saturation control, and how to build a soft, buildable, beautifully blended powder brow from scratch.

Ombré Brows The signature gradient look — lighter at the front, gradually deeper toward the tail — that photographs beautifully and looks polished on every face shape. You'll learn how to build seamless transitions and adapt the technique for different arch shapes and skin tones.

Combo Brows The best of both worlds: hair strokes at the front for realism, shading through the body and tail for density. Combo brows have become one of the most requested techniques because they work beautifully on virtually every skin type and face shape. Mastering this technique dramatically expands your client base.Men's Brows One of the most overlooked and highest-opportunity specialties in the entire brow industry.

Men's brow work requires a completely different approach — different shapes, different stroke patterns, different natural appearances, and a different consultation style. Artists who confidently market to male clients open an entirely new revenue stream most of their competitors are ignoring.

Brow Corrections The service that separates good artists from great ones. Knowing how to fix, improve, or work around previous PMU — whether it's faded, uneven, wrong-shaped, or simply outdated — is one of the most valuable skills you can have. You'll learn how to assess existing work, set expectations, and deliver results that turn frustrated clients into loyal fans.

Why Clients Love Permanent Brows — And Why the Demand Keeps Growing

Brows are the single most impactful feature on the human face. They frame the eyes, define expression, and create the perception of youth, health, and symmetry.

It's no surprise that the eyebrows segment holds the largest market share in the entire global permanent makeup industry — and that demand shows no signs of slowing.
It transforms the morning routine. The most consistent thing clients say after their first permanent brow session? "I can't believe I waited this long." Waking up with brows that are already done — every single day — changes the way clients feel about themselves before they've even had coffee.

It's low-maintenance beauty that actually lasts. In a world of high-effort beauty routines, permanent brows are the ultimate smart investment for clients. No pencils. No pomades. No smearing in the rain or sweating off at the gym. Just beautiful brows, always.

It restores what time or circumstances have taken. For clients with alopecia, trichotillomania, chemotherapy hair loss, over-plucked brows from decades past, or simply genetics that never gave them the brows they wanted — permanent brows aren't a luxury. They're life-changing.

Social media keeps the demand engine running. Brow transformations are among the most shared and saved beauty content on Instagram and TikTok. Every viral before-and-after is a new wave of people searching for a qualified artist in their area. As a certified brow artist, you are exactly what they're looking for.

The industry is growing fast and showing no signs of stopping. The global permanent makeup industry is currently valued at $163 million and is expanding at a 7.9% CAGR — with eyebrow procedures driving the largest share of that growth. There has never been a better time to get certified.

The Income Opportunity — What Certified Brow Artists Actually Earn

Let's talk numbers — because the earning potential in permanent brows is genuinely exceptional, especially for artists who master multiple techniques.

Professional PMU artists earn an average annual salary of $55,000 to $80,000 in the USA — and that's the average. Top performers earn significantly more.
Most permanent makeup artists in the U.S. earn $55,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and services offered. Performing just 2–3 clients per day, four days per week, your total annual income.

The math is compelling no matter how you run it:

 Entry-level (2 clients/week while building your portfolio): $1,000–$1,600/month

 Established artist (5–10 clients/week): $4,000–$8,000+/month

 High-volume or premium artist: $10,000–$20,000+/month

The average cost of a microblading session in the US is between $400 and $800, and top-tier PMU artists in major cities can charge upwards of $1,500 per procedure.

Because this course certifies you in seven techniques — not just one — you graduate with the ability to serve every client who walks through your door, charge premium prices for specialized work like men's brows and corrections, and build a reputation as the artist who can do it all. That versatility is what separates six-figure artists from everyone else.

As artists expand their service offerings, they open the door to a broader clientele and significantly increase their income potential. Each new technique not only diversifies revenue streams but also positions the artist as a more versatile and in-demand professional.

Over 80% of PMU artists are self-employed or independent contractors — meaning you set your own schedule, choose your own clients, and work from a studio, salon suite, or your own space. The freedom is built into the career.

What Makes This Course Different

Every technique. One price.
Other programs charge you separately for each service — microblading here, powder brows there, ombré in a different bundle. We include everything from day one because that's how great artists are built. No nickel-and-diming. No "advanced module" upsells. Everything you need to master brows is right here.

Built for the real world.

This isn't theory. Every module is designed around what actually happens in a real client session — the consultations, the skin challenges, the corrections, the follow-ups. You graduate prepared for clients, not just exams.

Online and self-paced — study on your schedule.

Life doesn't stop when you decide to level up your career. This course is fully online and completely self-paced, so you can learn between clients, during nap time, late at night, or whenever your schedule opens up. Your certification doesn't expire, and you can revisit any module any time.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR JENNELLE MARTINEZ CEO | Co-Founder | Master Artist | Published Author
Jennelle Martinez didn't just build a career in scalp micropigmentation — she helped shape the industry.

As the co-founder of SMP Ink SF, one of the most recognized scalp micropigmentation studios in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jennelle has spent over 15 years mastering the intersection of artistry, precision, and human transformation. Her work has been featured on Destination SF — an Emmy Award-winning television program — and her studio has earned international recognition including the 2023 Innovation and Excellence Award for Micropigmentation Specialists of the Year.

She is one of the few SMP artists in the country to have authored not one but two published books on the art and business of scalp micropigmentation — making her as knowledgeable on paper as she is behind the needle.

But credentials only tell part of the story.

What drives Jennelle is deeply personal. Her journey into SMP began through her own experience with hair loss — a chapter that gave her an understanding of her clients that no certification can teach. She knows what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself. And she knows the profound shift that happens when you get that confidence back. That empathy is woven into every procedure she performs and every student she teaches.

As an educator, Jennelle brings the same standard of excellence to the Academy of Pigments that built SMP Ink SF's reputation. She has trained and certified artists across California and nationwide — many of whom have gone on to build six-figure careers of their own. Her teaching style is direct, hands-on, and deeply invested in each student's individual success.

Whether you're coming to her as a client seeking transformation or as a student ready to build your career — Jennelle shows up the same way every time: fully present, relentlessly skilled, and genuinely committed to changing your life through her craft.
